The Panton Hill Hotel has a number of beautiful spaces for your next function.
Our Indoor Function Room space has it's own private decking overlooking the pastures, and can cater for 70 people sitting down, or 110 standing.
And our Outdoor Marquee bar- a summertime favourite! Access to our fully equipped outdoor bar, large lawn area and country surrounds all in one beautiful location. Truly a magnificent place to have a drink or bite to eat in the sun.
Our spacious outdoor marquee is area is perfect for large bookings with, large wooden bench tables, heaters, private bathrooms and can host upto 300 people.

What's included in the room hire?
When you hire one of our function spaces, we'll help make your event as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Your hire includes:
- A dedicated Function team liaison
- Friendly staff throughout your event
- Advice on food and beverage selection
- Custom room layout to suit your event
- Early access to set up
- Water station & cake/gift table
- Cake board/plates/napkins/knife
- Private function signage
- Packing of leftover food and cake
- Full clean-up afterwards
What food options do you offer?
Whether you're planning a birthday, engagement, baby shower, corporate gathering or celebration, we offer a range of delicious canapé options to suit your event.
Our team can help you select the right quantities and combinations based on your guest numbers and event style.
Food pre-orders contribute towards your minimum spend, as does any food or beverage purchased during your function.
Can I bring my own cake?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own celebration cake and we'll happily provide a cake table and knife for cutting.
Any leftovers can be packed up for you to take home.
Can I set up a bar tab?
Yes.
Most hosts choose a bar tab for part or all of their event. You can decide exactly which drinks are included and set a spending limit that suits your budget.
Our team will keep you updated throughout the event, and once the tab limit is reached you can either extend it or switch to a cash bar.
Can I play my own music?
Of course.
You're welcome to create your own playlist, hire a DJ or organise live entertainment.
Please note that audio equipment, speakers and microphones are not supplied by the venue, so these will need to be arranged separately if required.
Can I decorate the room?
Yes, we love seeing guests make the space their own.
You're welcome to bring balloons, signage, flowers, table decorations and styling elements.
We simply ask that decorations are attached using Blu Tack only and that glitter or confetti is not used anywhere in the venue.
If you're working with a stylist or event company, let us know and we'll coordinate access times.
Is there parking available?
Yes.
Accessible parking is available onsite and portable ramp access can be arranged for all function spaces.
If you or any of your guests require accessibility assistance, simply let us know when booking.
How do I secure my booking?
To secure your date, we require a deposit equal to the room hire fee.
Final guest numbers and payment are due 14 days prior to your event.
Do you offer dietary options ?
Yes.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements at least 14 days before your event and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
As a fully licensed venue, we are unable to allow BYO food or alcohol.
We offer a range of food and beverage options to suit most events and budgets.
What time can I access the room?
Access is generally available
approximately 30 minutes before your event begins to allow time for decorating and final setup.
If you require additional access time, please speak with our functions team and we'll do our best to accommodate where possible.
What happens after I enquire?
Once we receive your enquiry, one of our friendly functions team members will be in touch to discuss availability, answer any questions and help you start planning your event.
