We went for a relaxed intimate couple dinner on NYE and thoroughly enjoyed it! Lovely outside area, staff were brilliant, we felt looked after and the food was delicious and huge!! Super friendly and welcoming staff really made our night!

Been here a couple of times and I have not been disappointed. I had the best beef ribs ever. They were juicy, tender and surprisingly rare. The cream corn sauce was really tasty. Paired with The Stag Heathcote Shiraz and a pint Guinness on tap, memorable! Heads up to Sam who poured a perfect Guinness pint.

The place is under new management and it’s way better now. The building has been restored with traditional finishes and menu has enough to choose from. The Parma is a must if you’re in the area 👌

Cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful country pub. A family favourite that never disappoints. The food was fantastic, the view so refreshing after our Victorian restrictions and the kids had a great time outside in the fresh country air... definitely a place to visit... 10 out of 10 to Michael and his team.

I've wanted to come here since moving to Eltham a year ago, purely on the basis of having Guinness on tap. It didn't disappoint. Clean glass, clean lines: it might have had a Bishop's Collar on it but it was like black silk going down the gullet. Tremendous stuff.
